About the role
The Organizational Development & Learning Manager will lead OD and learning initiatives to boost efficiency and growth within Khalifa Holding Group’s construction sector operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement performance management systems, KPIs, dashboards and competency matrices.
- Conduct job analyses, zero‑based staffing studies and develop succession plans.
- Develop, deliver and manage training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Run employee satisfaction and engagement surveys and organize communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Benefits and Total Rewards teams to ensure alignment of policies and performance outcomes.
Required profile
- 10+ years of OD experience in the construction sector.
- 3‑5 years in a managerial role.
- Native Arabic speaker with English proficiency.
- GCC experience is a strong advantage.
Required skills
- Oracle HRMS
- Advanced Excel for HR data analysis and reporting
