About the role

CloudTech is looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Relations Officer to engage with existing and prospective clients, understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with existing and potential customers to identify opportunities.
• Present CloudTech’s services and solutions in a professional manner.
• Follow up on sales leads and work towards achieving assigned targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and maintain regular client follow‑up.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up and target‑driven mindset.
