About the role

We are seeking a results‑oriented Sales Manager to lead our commercial operations and oversee a portfolio of international franchise partnerships. The role demands a strategic mindset to drive growth across multiple brands and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for international agencies and franchise brands aligned with long‑term commercial objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve targets and foster continuous performance improvement.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the customer and partner base across major urban centers and international markets.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with franchisors, agencies, distributors, and key commercial partners.
• Analyze sales data, market insights, and performance indicators to optimize processes and support senior management decisions.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between sales and other business units to achieve integrated corporate goals.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of overall sales experience with a proven track record in sales management and team leadership.
• Experience working with international agencies and global franchise brands.
• Strong knowledge of the Libyan market (Tripoli, Benghazi, Misrata) is highly preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
