Senior Cost Control Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cost Control Specialist to join our team in Tripoli. You will be responsible for overseeing all cost control activities, ensuring that projects stay within budget and financial standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Track actual expenses, perform variance analyses and prepare regular cost reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify cost‑related issues and propose optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external accounting standards.
• Support the preparation of financial summaries for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master’s or CPA is a plus).
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on financial data and project costs.
• Attention to detail and proven problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in the oil and gas sector is highly desirable.
