4G NPO Engineer – Contract (Libya)

About the role

Penta Consulting is seeking three experienced 4G NPO Engineers for a contract position in Libya, supporting a leading global telecommunications vendor. The role involves acting as the NPO representative, guiding customers through the cluster acceptance process, and ensuring successful network swaps.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the NPO in front of customers to clarify doubts about cluster acceptance.
• Interface directly with customers to address technical queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate in a multi‑vendor environment, coordinating with the Regional Optimization team and customers.
• Verify network parameter settings after swaps and monitor KPIs to support the swap follow‑up.
• Generate detailed technical documentation and reports on swap progress, challenges, and solutions.

Required profile

• Strong working experience in Radio Access planning and optimization, especially for 4G networks.
• Proven involvement in 4G swap projects and independent handling of 4G parameters, counters, and KPIs.
• Ability to analyse drive‑test data and use network optimisation tools.
• Familiarity with OSS platforms.
