Branch Supervisor – Benghazi

About the role
The Branch Supervisor will lead daily operations at the Benghazi branch, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently, delivery targets are met, and service quality standards are upheld in line with CAMEX procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, sorting and dispatching of shipments.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments between the branch, headquarters and other branches.
- Ensure shipments are dispatched within required timelines and follow up on delays.
- Maintain compliance with CAMEX Standard Operating Procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage a team of at least 10 employees, assign daily tasks, evaluate performance and provide feedback.
- Train and onboard new staff members.
- Handle escalated customer complaints, investigate service issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records, ensure safety and security of shipments, and organise warehouse areas efficiently.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing or delivery services.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 employees.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI targets.
