Creative Designer & Full‑Stack Developer (Benghazi)

About the role

Finnex is looking for two motivated professionals to join its Benghazi office: a Creative Designer who will own the full design lifecycle, and a Full‑Stack Developer who will design and deliver end‑to‑end digital platforms. Both positions require strong ownership, systematic workflow adherence, and close collaboration with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Creative Designer: frame problems, create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and maintain design systems across diverse industries.
• Creative Designer: work from client intent to final implementation, staying engaged through development.
• Full‑Stack Developer: architect and build platform features, ensure code quality, test, and ship functional releases.
• Full‑Stack Developer: follow a disciplined planning and review process, avoid ad‑hoc coding, and contribute to strategic product decisions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of design or development deliverables.
• Comfort with learning new tools and technologies to enhance product quality.
• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with engineers and stakeholders.
• Self‑driven mindset with minimal need for micromanagement.

Required skills

• Design lifecycle management (problem framing, wireframing, high‑fidelity execution, design systems).
• Full‑stack development principles (system design, testing, deployment).
