Customer Support Representative

About the role

Presto, Libya’s leading delivery app, is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join its fast‑growing team in Tripoli. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, or email, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and account settings.
• Modify pending orders and coordinate changes between customers and partner restaurants.
• Update internal reports and share relevant information with other departments, including Partner and Driver Support.
• Follow up on shortages or operational problems in the grocery sector through internal channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Presto’s services, policies, and operational updates.
• Submit periodic performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to assess customer emotions and adapt responses accordingly.
• Excellent decision‑making, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
