Development Unit Manager – FinTech & AI Projects

About the role

The Development Unit Manager will lead the design, implementation, and improvement of Tadawul’s digital products, including POS systems, portals, dashboards, and mobile applications. This role combines software development leadership, technical project management, and product lifecycle ownership while supporting future AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Test and deploy POS software updates in UAT and production environments.
• Develop and enhance Tadawul’s core systems and build new applications based on business needs.
• Improve products related to cards, wallets, and POS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams and other departments to plan, execute, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Oversee timelines, releases, and product lifecycle management, including product retirement when necessary.
• Monitor backend and system performance, increase reliability, and manage incident handling.
• Lead engineering and development teams, defining roadmaps and ensuring resilience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software development and system improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and manage technical projects.
• Familiarity with fintech/payment solutions, POS systems, and digital product delivery.
• Interest in supporting AI and emerging technology initiatives.
