Field Operations Coordinator

About the role

You will lead daily field operations across project sites in Libya, ensuring work stays on schedule, meets high‑quality standards, and serves as the direct link between the field team and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• HQ Communication: act as the main contact for headquarters, sending daily updates, field reports, and project metrics.
• Team Supervision: assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, manage workloads, and keep the field team on schedule.
• Quality Control (QC): audit site work against standards, spot errors early, and correct issues on the ground.
• Training: onboard new staff, train team members on standard procedures, and mentor them to improve performance.
• Problem Solving: handle daily site challenges, team issues, and local logistics quickly.

Required profile

• Based in Libya, ready to travel to project sites as needed.
• 2–4 years of experience supervising teams in the field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and good working English for HQ reporting.
• Ability to manage attendance, workloads, and daily task assignments.
