Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance function for a leading holding company in Tripoli, Libya. This senior position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, controlling, and continuous process improvement while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and oversee day‑to‑day financial operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
• Develop, monitor, and analyse budgets and forecasts.
• Implement financial controlling procedures and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional qualification such as ACA, CPA, CIMA or ACCA (mandatory).
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage.
