Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of a leading holding company in Tripoli, Libya, ensuring robust financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, controlling, process improvement and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and oversee daily financial operations.
• Support financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage budgeting and financial controlling processes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional qualification such as ACA, CPA, CIMA or ACCA (mandatory).
• Experience in retail or fashion industry is preferred.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
