General Practitioner for Construction Project in Benghazi

About the role

ZALA Global is seeking a licensed General Practitioner to deliver medical support on a construction site in the Qiminis area near Benghazi, Libya. The role involves providing primary care, handling emergencies, and promoting occupational health for project personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care and health consultations to site staff.
• Respond promptly to workplace medical emergencies and administer first aid.
• Conduct medical assessments and maintain accurate treatment logs.
• Ensure the on‑site medical room is fully stocked and operational.
• Coordinate emergency medical evacuations when required.
• Promote occupational health and hygiene practices on the construction site.

Required profile

• Licensed General Practitioner or General Physician with a valid professional license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Based in Benghazi or able to commute to the project site.
• Experience in occupational health, emergency medicine, or construction/industrial projects is an advantage.
• Ability to respond effectively to workplace medical emergencies.
