Human Resources Manager

About the role

Brandzo Franchise Partners is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead culture transformation, talent development, and compliance across its retail and franchise operations. You will partner closely with senior leaders to build high‑performance HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and drive high‑performance outcomes.
• Coach and partner with managers to improve leadership effectiveness and people‑management practices.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes.
• Manage employee engagement and change‑management programs, guiding leaders through organizational challenges.
• Ensure HR practices align with business priorities, Group standards, and Libyan labor legislation.
• Continuously improve the employee journey across all core HR processes.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in performance management, talent development, and leadership support.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions.
• Solid knowledge of Libyan labor law and experience with HRMS and digital HR platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Law preferred.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM‑SCP, CIPD, or SHP are a plus.
