Human Resources Specialist – Libya

About the role

Workistry is expanding its global recruiter network and needs a proactive Human Resources Specialist to lead recruiting operations in Libya. You will be the public face of the platform, building relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and top employers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform.
• Develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies.
• Design and execute a growth strategy for the Libya recruiter network.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meetups, and professional conferences in Libya.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in Libya, either agency or in‑house.
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in Libya.
• Proven record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Familiarity with networking and recruitment apps.
