ICT Solutions Engineer – B2B Sales & Project Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled ICT Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in Benghazi. This hybrid position blends technical solution engineering, B2B account management, and hands‑on project delivery for enterprise and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with enterprise and government clients, identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Conduct customer meetings, prepare technical presentations, solution demonstrations and product positioning.
• Design ICT infrastructure solutions, including networking, cybersecurity, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud and unified communications.
• Perform site surveys, technical assessments and collaborate with project managers during solution design.
• Install, configure, commission and test ICT infrastructure such as networking, wireless, firewalls, virtualization, servers, storage, backup and security systems.
• Produce implementation documentation, acceptance reports and as‑built records, and provide technical training to customers.

Required profile

• Motivated engineer who enjoys both customer engagement and hands‑on technical work.
• Experience working with enterprise and government customers in a B2B environment.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Strong communication skills for presenting solutions and delivering training.
