Mechanical Engineer – Airport Projects (Libya)

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support our airport development projects in Libya. The role involves technical office work, coordination with subcontractors, and on‑site installation activities. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, execution and financial tracking of mechanical works.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take‑offs and support progress payment follow‑up.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Plan work schedules and allocate resources for mechanical installations.
• Track material deliveries and on‑site installation progress.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience in mechanical technical office tasks.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project resources.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
