About the role

The Mechanical Works Chief (Mechanical Engineer) will lead the mechanical works for a Libya project, overseeing HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting, gas systems and overall mechanical installations. The role involves managing construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring successful testing and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings.
• Monitor testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate with BIM and the design office.
• Report progress.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 12+ years of experience.
• Experience in high‑rise, hotel or hospital projects preferred.
• Fluent English.
