Performance Management Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Management Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our corporate performance management system. The role will ensure that corporate strategy, business objectives and individual performance are tightly aligned across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the Corporate Performance Management System (PMS).
• Develop and manage organizational, departmental and individual performance frameworks.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs for all business functions.
• Oversee performance appraisal cycles, calibration sessions and performance governance.
• Create executive dashboards and performance reports to support decision‑making.
• Support organizational design, restructuring initiatives and workforce planning.
• Develop performance management policies, standards and governance frameworks.
• Analyse performance trends and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or related field.
• Post‑graduate diploma in HR, Organizational Development or Performance Management (preferred).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in performance management or organizational development.
• Proven track record designing and implementing PMS, KPIs, competency frameworks and organization design.
• Native Arabic speaker and professional working proficiency in English.
