Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Product Manager to lead the definition, development, and launch of innovative products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate market insights and customer needs into a compelling product vision and roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on insights and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to turn vision into actionable plans.
• Gather, prioritize, and communicate product requirements to development teams.
• Support engineering during development, make trade‑off decisions, and clarify requirements.
• Run user testing, collect feedback, and iterate on features and UX.
• Define and track key product metrics to drive data‑based decisions.
• Develop pricing strategies and assist marketing and sales to boost adoption and revenue.
• Create go‑to‑market plans, including positioning, messaging, and launch tactics.
• Monitor performance, feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product management best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role with successful product launches.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with ability to prioritize initiatives.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Familiarity with UX design principles.
• Leadership and influencing abilities to gain stakeholder buy‑in.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
