Project Controls Engineer

About the role

AlQudra Aldaema for Engineering Consultations is looking for a Project Controls Engineer to join its Corporate Control Office. The role focuses on coordinating and monitoring projects, ensuring accurate information governance, and delivering reliable reporting to executive management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned portfolios of projects and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and status updates.
• Coordinate project information across Engineering, Finance, Legal Affairs, and other divisions.
• Perform contractor financial reconciliation and monitor payment status.
• Maintain project records within EDMS and Project Controls systems.
• Prepare portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Support continuous improvement of project controls processes and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, architecture, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, or engineering management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, ownership, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
