About the role

Tripolitania Shipping Company LTD is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its team in Tripoli. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships and support the company’s logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within the import‑export market.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Train, mentor and collaborate with team members to improve performance.
• Work closely with management to analyse sales data and optimise performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in sales and sales management, including negotiation and revenue generation.
• Experience in training or coaching team members.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Background in logistics or shipping is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
