About the role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on team management to achieve commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and coaching members.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs and report results to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market growth areas.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to align initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Strategic mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
