Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead sales growth and marketing initiatives for Starpack’s packaging solutions. Based in Tripoli, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with clients, production, and operations to deliver customized packaging that strengthens brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
• Manage key client accounts and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Plan, launch and monitor marketing campaigns using digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate promotional activities and represent the company at industry events.
• Analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and monitor results against targets.
• Support brand positioning and continuous improvement of customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within packaging, manufacturing or related industrial sectors.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation and business development abilities.
• Ability to analyse market data, identify trends and develop practical strategies.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience working across cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Tripoli regional market is an advantage.
