About the role

Moeen, Libya’s leading smart transportation platform, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its technology team in Tripoli. This full‑time hybrid position offers the chance to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance applications that power ride‑hailing and logistics services across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable back‑end software solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architecture and resolve technical challenges.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning within the team.
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems.

Required profile

• Strong background in Computer Science with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in back‑end web development and building scalable applications.
• Advanced knowledge of programming and object‑oriented design.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
