About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Talent Acquisition professional to lead full‑cycle recruitment for white‑collar and blue‑collar positions across MENA and APAC regions. The role supports a leading construction holding group expanding its projects in Libya.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for white‑collar and blue‑collar roles across MENA and APAC.
• Partner with recruitment agencies to attract and secure top‑tier talent.
• Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines.
• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay up to date with global market trends and best hiring practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
• Proven success hiring across GCC, MENA, and APAC regions.
• Strong experience collaborating with recruitment agencies.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
