System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full-time System Engineer to join our team in Tripoli. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining robust system architectures while providing technical support to ensure optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement system architectures aligned with business needs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware and software platforms.
• Maintain system performance and reliability through regular monitoring and optimization.
• Provide first-line technical support and assist end-users with system-related problems.
• Perform system administration tasks, including configuration, patching and backup management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Proficiency in systems engineering and systems design.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience in system administration and reliability management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, Huawei, Dell) are a plus.
• Prior experience in IT or communication networks is advantageous.
