Technical Pre‑Sales Specialist

About the role

The Technical Pre‑Sales Specialist will act as the bridge between vendors, partners and customers, identifying new business opportunities and recommending suitable IT solutions. You will stay current on the company’s technology portfolio and support the sales process with strong technical expertise and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with assigned vendors, partners and customer accounts.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with vendor account managers and technical representatives.
• Monitor customer requirements, tenders, RFQs and potential projects.
• Provide technical pre‑sales support, including product selection, solution comparison, presentations and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams when additional technical assistance is required.

Required profile

• Minimum of two years of experience in technical sales, pre‑sales, system integration or IT solutions.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, relationship‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Good technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems, security, backup, virtualization, hardware and software solutions.
• Familiarity with technology brands such as HP and Cisco Technologies.
