Webflow Developer – Remote Full-Time/Contract

About the role

We are looking for a design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma or Adobe XD mockups into fully functional, pixel‑perfect Webflow sites that drive conversions and support our marketing and product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom, fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to ensure accurate technical translation of designs.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content architecture.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software) and set up analytics tracking.
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing and maintain website security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, update plugins/scripts, and ensure post‑launch performance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience building Webflow sites, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or startup environment.
• Strong visual sense with solid understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Portfolio demonstrating live Webflow projects, custom interactions, and before/after design work.
