Accountant – Financial Operations

About the role

Space Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a diligent Accountant to ensure the accuracy of its financial records and support daily accounting operations. You will play a key role in maintaining organized financial documentation and providing reliable information for management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including follow‑up on due payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and expense tracking.
• Support payroll, petty‑cash handling, and internal financial procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect financial documents and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
• Good organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.

What we offer
