Bilingual Creative Copywriter (English/Arabic)

About the role

The Bilingual Creative Copywriter will produce clear, engaging, brand‑aligned content in both English and Arabic for Brandzo’s diverse retail and entertainment destinations. Working on‑site in Benghazi, you will support digital and offline communication channels across the Group’s multi‑brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Write and adapt website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, in‑mall signage and marketing collateral in English and Arabic.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and brand teams to develop concepts, taglines, campaign messaging and storytelling.
• Research target audiences and localize global franchise content for the Libyan market.
• Proofread, edit and ensure consistency of bilingual content with brand voice and tone.
• Contribute to content planning, brainstorming sessions and the localization of communication materials for retail, entertainment and mixed‑use projects.

Required profile

• Strong bilingual writing ability in English and Arabic, with flexibility to adjust tone for different brands.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
• High creativity, concept development and storytelling capabilities.
• Proven experience as a copywriter or content writer in marketing, advertising or retail environments; franchise experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social‑media best practices for web and mobile audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, editing and proofreading skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Arabic/English Language or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Benghazi.
