Billing & Audit Officer

About the role

Tripoli Sail Travel & Tourism is looking for a detail‑oriented Billing & Audit Officer to join its Finance & Operations team. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, thorough audit of billing documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies within the travel and tourism sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Enter booking, service, and financial transaction data with precision.
• Audit invoices against reservations, purchase orders, supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Verify fares, taxes, service fees, commissions and pricing for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies before release.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Corporate Travel, Finance and Operations teams.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical billing records.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies.
• Prepare billing and audit reports for management as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, finance or audit.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
