Business Performance Analyst

About the role

Presto, Libya’s leading food and grocery delivery platform, is looking for a Business Performance Analyst to monitor and improve operational and commercial performance across all cities and services. You will turn daily data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously track key performance indicators such as order volume, GMV, delivery times, cancellation rates and driver productivity.
• Identify performance gaps or risks, trigger alerts, and coordinate timely corrective actions with operations teams.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of complex operational issues, uncover root causes and propose data‑driven recommendations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and maintain up‑to‑date dashboards for management.
• Design and deliver executive presentations summarising trends, challenges and improvement initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for expansion decisions, scenario modelling and operating‑model optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, MIS or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, performance monitoring or business analysis; fresh graduates with strong analytical potential are welcome.
• Strong quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
