Construction Manager (Civil Engineer) – Libya Project

About the role

We are launching a large‑scale, high‑standard superstructure project in Libya and need an experienced Construction Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead all on‑site construction activities and ensure delivery in line with project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all site construction activities, ensuring work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Resolve technical and operational issues and maintain smooth workflow across disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards, monitor inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate site activities with the overall project schedule, identify delays and execute recovery plans.
• Prepare regular construction progress reports and liaise with the Project Manager and Technical Office.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• 12–15 years of experience in large‑scale superstructure projects such as hotels, malls, hospitals, mixed‑use developments or residential towers.
• Strong site management and coordination capabilities.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Libya.
