Construction Manager (Civil Engineer) – Libya Project

About the role

We are launching a large‑scale, high‑standard superstructure project in Libya and need a seasoned Construction Manager with a civil engineering background to lead all on‑site activities and ensure the project meets its technical and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all site construction activities, ensuring work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams, resolving technical and operational issues to maintain smooth workflow.
• Oversee QA/QC and HSE compliance, monitor inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Align site activities with the overall project schedule, identify delays and develop recovery plans.
• Prepare and submit regular construction progress reports to the Project Manager and Technical Office.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in large‑scale, high‑standard superstructure projects such as hotels, malls, hospitals, or residential towers.
• Proven site management expertise and strong coordination skills.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Libya.
