Creative Specialist

About the role

Almorshed Electronics Company is seeking a Creative Specialist to develop and execute compelling visual and written content that supports its brand and marketing initiatives. Based in Benghazi with hybrid flexibility, you will work closely with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into engaging creative assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual and copy content for digital channels, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Contribute to branding projects and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop creative concepts that drive customer engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and help shape overall creative strategy.
• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong creativity with the ability to generate original concepts.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for audience‑focused content.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
