Croatian-speaking Pre-Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative to join TalentWorldGroup’s remote team supporting a leading European travel‑tech platform. In this freelance position you will contact homeowners, qualify their properties for the vacation‑rental marketplace and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Call homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification interviews, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Record and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for further follow‑up.
• Maintain detailed interaction logs and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable with both warm and cold outreach calls.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple follow‑ups.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a team.

Required skills

• Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
• Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
