Culture & Engagement Specialist

About the role

Presto, Libya's leading food and grocery delivery platform, is looking for a Culture & Engagement Specialist to shape the employee experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will act as the bridge between HR and all business functions, ensuring staff are informed, supported, and aligned with the company’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program, including orientation sessions, equipment setup and probation‑period check‑ins.
• Maintain onboarding checklists and administer new‑hire satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage off‑boarding processes to ensure respectful and smooth transitions for departing employees.
• Develop and execute internal communication initiatives that reinforce Presto’s culture and values.
• Partner with line managers to define role expectations, performance goals and probation objectives.
• Support employer branding activities and employee survey design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, internal communications or employee engagement, preferably in a technology, logistics or fast‑growing environment.
• Native or fluent Arabic, professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of onboarding design, engagement frameworks and internal communications.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Experience with internal communication tools and employer branding concepts.
• Ability to design and analyse employee surveys.
