Driver Manager

About the role

The Driver Manager will lead daily operations of heavy‑transport drivers, ensuring that fleet activities run smoothly and safely. Based on‑site in Tripoli, you will act as the main liaison between drivers, dispatch, and management, using digital tools to coordinate schedules and monitor performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate driver schedules, assign trips, and track route performance.
• Handle driver inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with dispatch and management.
• Monitor vehicle usage, enforce company policies, and support basic maintenance coordination.
• Collect and analyse operational data to drive continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong operations and transportation management background.
• Experience in fleet management, preferably in heavy‑transport or logistics.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital scheduling, tracking and reporting tools.
