Financial Manager

About the role

The Financial Manager will lead Buhajar Group’s finance function and its subsidiaries, building a high‑performing finance team that supports daily operations and the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable financial information and analysis to senior management for strategic planning, operational decisions and new investments.
• Coordinate short‑term and long‑term budgeting, cost management and ensure budgets align with the company’s strategic direction.
• Assess organisational performance, present financial results and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain tools, systems and control procedures to improve financial reporting and internal controls.
• Oversee the preparation of month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end financial statements.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operating needs.
• Coach, mentor and develop the finance team to maximise accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with relevant legislation in each operating country.
• Manage support services that provide essential functions to the business, optimising cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance management within a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide a finance team and interact with senior management.
• In‑depth knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cash‑flow management and audit processes.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
