Hiring Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Hiring Specialist to join our team on‑site in Benghazi. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring that the right talent is attracted, assessed, and onboarded efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from personnel requisition to candidate onboarding coordination.
• Review hiring requests and verify that all supporting documentation is complete.
• Prepare and publish job vacancy announcements through designated recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules with technical interviewers and candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate behavior.
• Process interview evaluations and collaborate with technical interviewers for final assessments.
• Prepare job offers aligned with the organization’s approved salary structure.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
• Update hiring trackers, candidate databases, and documentation in the approved online system.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations (preferred).
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing practices, and hiring documentation requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
