Hiring Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Hiring Specialist to join our team on‑site in Benghazi. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from receiving personnel requisitions to coordinating candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from processing requisitions to onboarding coordination.
• Review approved hiring requests and verify completeness of supporting documentation.
• Prepare and publish vacancy announcements through designated recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules with technical interviewers and candidates.
• Conduct initial behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Process interview evaluations and collaborate with technical interviewers for final assessments.
• Prepare job offers aligned with the organization’s salary structure.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
• Update hiring trackers, candidate databases, and documentation in the approved online system.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations (preferred).
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing practices, and hiring documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with recruitment tracking tools.
