International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive International Talent Acquisition Freelancer to join our global recruitment team. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for multilingual talent across Asia and the European market, working remotely with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Publish job openings on international job boards and platforms.
• Source candidates through social media, professional networks, and resume databases.
• Screen applications to verify qualifications and fit.
• Conduct initial interviews and maintain candidate communication.
• Track candidates throughout the hiring pipeline until placement.
• Build and nurture relationships with past applicants and potential talent pools.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or candidate sourcing.
• Background recruiting for BPO roles such as customer service, marketing, or sales.
• Familiarity with the European market recruitment landscape.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent in English and any additional languages.
