IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise IT environment. You will ensure that all systems are reliable, secure, and performant while supporting the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and manage servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Maintain high availability, performance and security across all IT assets.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and oversee backup, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity strategies.
• Coordinate hardware and software installations, upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards and security protocols.
• Work closely with vendors, service providers and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor the IT support staff and technical specialists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Networking concepts and equipment (firewalls, switches, routers, VPN).
• Server administration (Windows and Linux).
• Virtualization technologies.
• Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Cybersecurity principles and tools.
• Backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
