Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

REMAX Libya is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to design, build, and lead a national training infrastructure for its real‑estate network. The role combines deep knowledge of real‑estate sales with instructional‑design expertise to create localized, high‑impact learning programs for agents, brokers, and internal trainers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and author structured training modules, workbooks, presentations, scripts, and workshop materials covering the full real‑estate lifecycle.
• Adapt global REMAX University frameworks to Libyan legal, commercial, and cultural contexts.
• Develop blended learning programs that integrate in‑person classroom sessions with online e‑learning modules.
• Deliver onboarding and advanced sales mastery workshops for agents and leadership development sessions for brokers and office owners.
• Establish a Train‑the‑Trainer program to certify local office managers as standardized REMAX trainers.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as deal velocity, listing volume, and retention rates to measure training ROI.
• Maintain and expand the REMAX Libya online learning hub, ensuring up‑to‑date, accessible content across all regions.

Required profile

• Direct experience or a solid background in residential or commercial real‑estate sales.
• Proven track record in creating corporate training curricula, manuals, or structured development programs.
• Experience delivering both face‑to‑face workshops and digital learning experiences.
• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong public‑speaking, presentation, and facilitation abilities, capable of engaging audiences from new agents to seasoned franchise owners.
