Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will promote NAPCO PHARMA’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions in Tripoli. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists and medical staff while delivering product presentations and up‑to‑date clinical information.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular on‑site visits to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies to promote assigned products.
• Deliver product presentations and provide clinical and product updates to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve defined sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and gather feedback from customers.
• Handle inquiries, support customer needs and coordinate order follow‑up with internal teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Strong medical sales experience with proven territory management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid understanding of medicine and pharmacy concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or a related life‑science field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
