Product Manager

About the role

Presto, Libya’s leading food and grocery delivery platform, is seeking a data‑driven Product Manager to lead a cross‑functional squad. You will translate user problems into high‑value features, own the product lifecycle, and help elevate product practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: write clear PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and guide engineering and design from discovery to launch.
• Measure feature performance post‑launch, analyze product analytics and user feedback, and prioritize the backlog accordingly.
• Act as the voice of the customer by engaging directly with users and operational teams to surface pain points and shape the roadmap.
• Coordinate engineering, design, QA, and business operations to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Contribute to a strong product culture, mentor junior team members, and share best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on product management experience with a proven record of shipping digital features.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable pulling and interpreting data to validate decisions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and resilient with experience running sprints and managing roadmaps.
