Project Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Administrator to support our project operations in Tripoli. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and liaising with external parties to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices and maintain invoice records.
• Assist with crew change coordination and related documentation.
• Maintain project files and document control.
• Liaise with government authorities, tax offices, banks, and other external organizations as required.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
• Support tender submissions and overall project administration.
• Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and General Manager.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
