Project Manager – Large-Scale Superstructure Project in Libya

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a new, high‑standard superstructure project in Libya. You will be responsible for guiding the project from mobilization through to successful completion, ensuring it meets quality, schedule, cost, safety, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution in line with contractual requirements.
• Manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies.
• Administer contracts, handle correspondence, claims, and change orders.
• Monitor project risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across construction, technical office, procurement, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and design.
• Maintain effective communication with the employer, consultants, and authorities.
• Conduct progress meetings, executive presentations, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Track project budget, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Report status to senior management, monitor KPIs, and initiate corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 15–20 years of experience in large‑scale superstructure projects.
• At least 10 years in senior project management roles.
• Strong leadership and contract management experience.
• International project experience preferred.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
