Project Manager – Large‑Scale Superstructure Project in Libya

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a new large‑scale, high‑standard superstructure project in Libya. You will be responsible for delivering the project from mobilisation through completion while ensuring quality, schedule, cost, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution in line with contractual requirements.
• Manage cost, schedule, quality, safety and profitability targets.
• Oversee contract administration, including correspondence, claims and change orders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across construction, technical office, procurement, planning, QA/QC, HSE and design.
• Maintain communication with employer, consultant and authorities; lead progress meetings and presentations.
• Monitor project budget, cash flow and financial performance.
• Report status to senior management, track KPIs and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 15–20 years of experience on large‑scale superstructure projects.
• At least 10 years in senior project management roles.
• Strong leadership and contract management experience.
• International project experience preferred.
• Fluent English.
